St Agatha Care is an introductory agency. We do not employ carers, manage care delivery, or provide regulated care services. Carers introduced through our agency are self-employed and work directly for the client under a contract for services. While we may offer optional tools such as blank care plans or MAR templates, these are for the carer's own use. We do not complete, review, store, or oversee care documentation, nor do we direct or supervise the work of the carer. Clients remain responsible for overseeing the care arrangements, and carers are responsible for meeting their own legal obligations, including tax, national insurance, and compliance with any care standards applicable to their work.
