Once we have found a suitable carer, you will be in full control of the service. We will, of course, remain by your side if you have any questions or if you need us to find another carer should the primary carer be ill or absent for any other reason.

Sara has always been passionate about helping others. With a background in recruitment and project management across various industries, she has developed a skill for putting herself in others' shoes and understanding their needs. Sara has a keen ability to match the right carer with each client, drawing from her extensive network of highly qualified professionals. She is highly selective, partnering only with carers who have successfully passed a rigorous screening process. This commitment ensures exceptional service for our clients.
She views care as a family-first affair, while also recognising the fact that it is sometimes best carried out by a professional carer so as to not disrupt family bonds.
Sara knows that the successful delivery of care begins with a good environment for the carers. Sara is meticulous about the staff and carers she brings into St Agatha Care, firmly believing that the happiness of the carers is directly linked to the wellbeing of those for whom they care.
